Invention Patent: Real-Time Monitoring Method and System for Turntable Position Deviation in Multi-components Injection Molding Machines
With the rapid development of modern Multi-components injection molding, quality requirements for molded products have grown increasingly stringent. During production, the positional accuracy of the turntable directly impacts product quality stability. Real-time monitoring of turntable position deviations and timely diagnosis of causes are therefore critical to ensuring product quality.
This invention provides a real-time monitoring method and system for turntable position deviations, implemented through the following steps:
- Acquire Design Parameters and No-Load Motion Data: During equipment installation and debugging, multi-dimensional no-load motion data of the turntable is collected via pre-set programs to establish a no-load motion feature vector reflecting the turntable’s inherent characteristics.
