2025 Thailand Bangkok Plastic and Rubber Machinery Exhibition (2025 InterPlas Thailand) was grandly held at BITEC International Exhibition Center in Bangkok. As one of the most influential rubber and plastic machinery exhibitions in Asia, this event once again attracted global industry attention, gathering exhibitors and professional visitors from around the world. At the exhibition site, TUP's ES160 All-electric IMM has grabbed the industry spotlight with its three core advantages: high precision, high efficiency, and high environmental friendliness. The equipment live-demonstrated the full production process of 1-out-of-2 aromatic tablets, intuitively showcasing its innovative application value in the daily chemical industry through visualized smart manufacturing scenarios.
Equipped with a servo drive system, this machine saves 30% more energy than traditional hydraulic solutions. The repeatability accuracy of the platen movement is <0.01mm, and the production cycle is 12 seconds—balancing production efficiency with green manufacturing needs and setting a benchmark for the intelligent upgrading of the rubber and plastic industry.

On the other side of the booth, TUP simultaneously exhibited the UN160-M7 Hydraulic IMM, demonstrating the full production process of 1-out-of-2 toilet cups with PP raw materials on-site. Optimized for mass production needs of daily-use products, this equipment produces 46g toilet cups with a 20-second production cycle, ensuring yield rate with an intelligent temperature control system. Its efficient hydraulic power solution balances mass-production efficiency and cost control advantages, intuitively showcasing the application value of hydraulic injection molding technology in large-scale production of daily necessities.
