On-site, TUP impressively unveiled its globally debuted, newly upgraded technological product – the all-electric IML high-speed packaging molding machine model ES380/IU1000. Featuring an optimized machine structure, overall energy consumption is reduced by over 45%. With the newly upgraded software algorithms, the cycle time is improved by more than 33%. Demonstrating a 1-out-8, 700ml cold cup combined with IML automation, the ES380/IU1000 all-electric injection molding machine achieved a fastest cycle time of just 5.3 seconds, a breathtaking speed challenging the industry's top tier.
On the other side of the booth, the all-electric multi-cavity precision injection molding machine model ES320/IU790 was on display. This model is specifically designed to meet the demands of multi-cavity product injection molding and is widely used in industries such as packaging and medical supplies. Featuring a modular design, it offers advantages such as high precision, high power, and low energy consumption. It also provides customers with personalized adjustments, allowing for the derivation of various machine types to more effectively adapt to different customer requirements.
