On January 23, the four-day RUPLASTICA 2023 (Russian International Plastics & Rubber Exhibition) grandly opened at the Moscow Expocentre. Continuing the successful legacy of Interplastica, RUPLASTICA is one of the most influential exhibitions in Russia’s plastic machinery industry.
As TUP’s first overseas exhibition in 2024, the company made a splendid appearance with the newly upgraded all-electric ES Series injection molding machines and integrated solutions, located at Booth 3B11.

At the exhibition, TUP’s staff provided real-time explanations, enabling visitors to intuitively understand the operational performance of TUP’s equipment and check the quality of each mold product during mass production. The efficient and stable injection molding machines attracted numerous merchants to stop and watch, and the negotiation area was fully occupied. Many visitors showed great interest in TUP’s injection molding machines and expressed a desire for further cooperation.

The All-Electric ES III Injection Molding Machine is the latest generation of TUP’s all-electric series, boasting the advantages of "high speed, precision, stability, and cleanliness", excellent plasticizing effect, low energy consumption, and high stability. With a maximum mold opening/closing speed of 600mm/s-800mm/s, a maximum injection speed of 800mm/s, injection precision ≤ 0.01mm, and mold opening precision ≤ 0.01mm, the entire machine is controlled by servo motors with an integrated injection unit. TUP provides customized one-stop solutions to meet customers’ diverse production needs.

In recent years, Russia’s markets closely related to the plastics industry—such as packaging, 3C, and automotive—have maintained steady growth, leading to a continuous increase in demand for plastics and molds. Local customers and industry experts highly recognized and affirmed TUP’s on-site display of the all-electric ES Series injection molding machines and integrated injection solutions, creating favorable conditions for TUP’s expansion into the Russian market.
