On January 27 local time, the four-day 2026 Russian International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition (RUPLASTICA) grandly opened at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow, Russia. TUP made a reappearance with dual booths (Booth No.: 28F37, 28E33), showcasing the ES200 all-electric injection molding machine and the UN160E hydraulic-electric hybrid injection molding machine.

The TUP ES200 all-electric injection molding machine became the center of attention. The equipment demonstrated high-efficiency production of "four-cavity" wine glasses using PC material on-site. The automatic feeding system enabled unmanned continuous operation, while in-mold monitoring technology ensured stable product precision. The extended pressure-holding system effectively addressed shrinkage issues in PC material molding. With a maximum injection speed of up to 450mm/s and energy savings of over 30% compared to traditional hydraulic machines, it perfectly aligns with the Russian market's dual pursuit of precision manufacturing and green production.

At the other booth, the TUP UN160E hydraulic-electric hybrid series was equally impressive. On-site production of earplug packaging boxes demonstrated hydraulic and electric hybrid drive technology that balances high-speed production with energy consumption control. Its cost-effective advantages offer customers short-cycle investment returns, making it particularly suitable for Russia's rapidly growing sectors such as packaging and daily necessities.

Russia's daily necessities and packaging plastics market is at a critical stage of transformational growth. On one hand, the explosive growth of e-commerce drives strong demand for packaging products. On the other hand, increasingly stringent environmental policies and the reality of severely aging equipment make industrial upgrading urgently necessary.
TUP has the Russian market for many years, continuously advancing its localized service strategy by providing one-stop solutions including equipment customization, technical training, and after-sales maintenance. The two series of products showcased this time precisely meet local demands for energy saving, cost reduction, precision, and efficient production, helping customers seize market opportunities.
RUPLASTICA 2026 will continue until January 30. Welcome to visit TUP at Booths 28F37 and 28E33 for face-to-face communication and to explore new opportunities in the Eurasian market together.
