TUP made a debut at the expo with booth number H5-32, showcasing the capabilities of its ES All-electric thin-walled high-speed packaging special machine and one-stop packaging solutions for the dairy product packaging market. At the expo, the ES380 All-electric thin-walled high-speed packaging special machine is designed for thin-walled packaging products with large flow ratios. A live demonstration produced 130g IML yogurt cups using PP as raw material with a 12-cavity mold, achieving a cycle time of only 3.9 seconds. The mold opening/closing speed is increased by 20%, and the injection speed reaches 450mm/s, enabling a daily production capacity of over 260,000 cups to meet the large-scale production needs of the dairy industry. From product design and mold design to system application integration, it ensures high output from the moment it starts.
