    The 2024 DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo came to a successful conclusion at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an).     At this exhibition, TUP focused on the currently popular packaging and optics industries, unveiling the renewed ES380 all-electric series thin-wall high-speed packaging specialty machine and the ES160 all-electric optical lens specialty machine. With faster, more precise, and smarter technology, these upgraded product solutions meet the production needs of customers in different fields.


    Throughout the exhibition hall, TUP 's ES380 all-electric series IML thin-wall high-speed packaging solution undoubtedly became the center of attention, achieving a faster production cycle of just 4.3 seconds and a daily output exceeding 240,000 units.


    The thin-wall high-speed packaging specialty machine features a 20% increase in mold opening/closing speed and an injection speed of up to 450mm/s, specifically designed for thin-wall products with high flow ratios. Its advantages of higher efficiency, greater stability, and enhanced energy savings perfectly demonstrate TUP Taiwan Liansu's professional expertise in the packaging field.

    On the other side of the booth, TUP 's electric series optical lens precision molding solution, combining the optical specialty machine with high-pressure holding technology, effectively improves molding precision and perfectly meets the high-standard quality requirements of optical lenses.


    A live demonstration of the 40-element TV lens product, featuring precision optomechanical manufacturing processes and a production cycle of 45 seconds, was widely praised by the audience.
