TUP made a debut at the expo with booth number H5-32, showcasing the capabilities of its ES All-electric thin-walled high-speed packaging special machine and one-stop packaging solutions for the dairy product packaging market. The booth was constantly crowded with professional visitors who stopped to observe and engage in technical exchanges.
At the expo, the ES380 All-electric thin-walled high-speed packaging special machine is designed for thin-walled packaging products with large flow ratios. Leveraging All-electric drive technology, it breaks through the bottlenecks of traditional equipment, achieving comprehensive optimization in efficiency, precision, and energy consumption.
A live demonstration produced 130g IML yogurt cups using PP as raw material with a 12-cavity mold, achieving a cycle time of only 3.9 seconds. The mold opening/closing speed is increased by 20%, and the injection speed reaches 450mm/s, enabling a daily production capacity of over 260,000 cups to meet the large-scale production needs of the dairy industry. From product design and mold design to system application integration, it ensures high output from the moment it starts. The IML one-piece labeling and molding realizes an automated packaging solution, providing the dairy industry with a "high-speed, high-precision, low-energy-consumption" one-stop packaging solution to help dairy enterprises optimize supply chain efficiency and promote collaborative innovation between packaging and the dairy industry.
