Servo Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine
From April 23 to 26, the four-day CHINAPLAS 2024 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition officially came to an end. As one of 4,420 exhibitors, the entire TUP team and our injection molding machines, demonstrated non-stop for 8 hours daily, deeply felt the enthusiasm from 321,879 domestic and international visitors.
Inside the bustling exhibition hall, a continuous stream of visitors flowed through. TUP 's two-story special booth design and highly precise demonstration solutions vividly showcased efficient, energy-saving, and stable practical applications for the packaging industry. The booth was packed on the first day of the exhibition, attracting numerous domestic and international professionals for visits and exchanges. The TUP team warmly received customers, providing professional product explanations and engaging in in-depth industry discussions and explorations.
Previously, TUP was deeply recognized for its achievements in the multi-color sector. Now, after 40 years of continuous accumulation, we are fully prepared and will meet market and customer needs with eight major product series featuring continuous upgrades and technological innovation.
At this rubber and plastics exhibition, TUP focused on the direction of "high efficiency, energy saving, and green environmental protection." Building upon the advantages of the original multi-color field and combining electric technology, we achieved high-speed and stable production of smart caps with 24+24 cavities in 11 seconds—representing a production efficiency increase of over 40% (calculated based on the original 20 cavities in 13 seconds). This attracted both new and existing customers to place on-site orders for multiple multi-color machines.
Valuing both aesthetics and practicality, the 380-ton electric machine located on the main aisle attracted visitors to stop and admire with its innovative design. Demonstrating 12-cavity 86mm diameter yogurt cups with a 4.7-second IML packaging one-step molding process significantly improved production efficiency. The ultra-fast production cycle and ultra-low production costs drew inquiries from domestic and international visitors alike, earning unanimous praise and recognition.
