On December 14, the three-day 2024 Shenzhen International High-End Medical Device Exhibition came to a successful close at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). At the exhibition, TUP introduced the ES320 all-electric medical specialty machine, designed specifically for the medical industry. With its innovative technology and exquisite craftsmanship, the machine attracted numerous visitors who stopped by for discussions and inquiries.
The on-site demonstration featured a 48-cavity PET blood collection tube, achieving an injection speed of up to 350mm/s and a mold opening/closing repeatability precision of <0.01mm. The complete medical automation packaging solution boasts a monthly output of 12 million units. Each product weighs 3.8g, is made from PET material, and has a molding cycle of just 9.4 seconds. The machine features full servo control, high precision, fast response, and zero contamination, meeting ultra-high standards of cleanliness and accuracy. In-depth exchanges with visitors further expanded cooperation horizons.
